MOVIE TALK. 🎬

I took off work for today and tomorrow to go job hunting. I also just needed a break and I complete detox from that work environment. So I was looking up online jobs and I found that people are really interested in the audiences’ opinion on their content. Some of these individuals count on the input of others to sort of have an idea of the successfulness of their released content. However, most of those sites do not pay very well.

I have been finding that signing with an entertainment company could mean that you could lose ownership of your material. I would not mind working for a company as long as I received credit for my hard work. I do not know about anyone else but I would not be too happy about working really hard on an article, website, or blog and then have someone else take the credit for it.

Today really pushed an idea forward in my mind of how I want to expand this blog. So, I have been thinking for a while that it would be cool to write about different television shows that I enjoy. Maybe do a feature on one show. It would be a commentary and critique possibly episode by episode. I mostly want to write some entertainment blog entries because when I first started watching a television show, I wanted so badly to discuss what was happening with someone. I wanted to bounce off ideas and share opinions on the show. When I was in high school I would actually watch one episode then talk with my friends about what happened. It sort of became our thing.

Nowadays, I sometimes have an open dialogue at the end of watching an episode. I probably end up annoying my boyfriend because I do get fired up when it comes to characters and the plotline. The better the show, the more passionate I become. I think of new ideas on what would have been cool to see or what I thought the episode was going to be about versus what it actually ended up being about. I want to talk about the good and the bad and what may a stunted the growth of some of the popular television shows in my opinion. So, I am thinking about creating a sort of blog theme for certain days since I am writing to you, my fellow readers, everyday. I would create certain days for me to blog about the show I am currently watching or revisiting.

This site is pretty much all things Nina Maroon but I will keep it well organized so that you guys continue to enjoy my blog. I am debating on a revisit of The Vampire Diaries. I pretty much grew up watching this show in high school and it just ended this year. I put off watching the series finale for the longest because I was a little nervous to see what they were going to do with the show and if they were going to give it the ending it deserves. I found the ending to be rather interesting. Even so, I want to hear from you guys. What are some of your favorite shows that you would like to write a commentary about?
