Love Letter 💌

This is a special post. I’m not usually this vulnerable but I decided to let you guys in on my love life a little because this guy is pretty special to me.

To say that this was unexpected is a huge understatement.

I think that at some point I had given into the idea that I might live the rest of my life alone.

I still had maybe 10% hope left that my person still existed in this world.

I had been single for over half a decade and plenty of guys approached me for hookups or just to waste my time.

Nobody was interested in the idea of love.

And then you happened out of the blue and I fell harder than I’ve ever fallen for anyone.

I was smitten in a matter of weeks and I tried to keep my composure but you could see right through me.

And I tried so hard to just be your friend because I knew that’s what you needed the most. I knew we needed each other.

But that’s the thing about fate. You can’t plan for it. You can’t fight it and as hard as you try to deny it, some things are just inevitable.

When you may have met the other half of your soul, your twin flame, it feels like home.

I think we were brought together to learn more life lessons and grow together through challenges. I’m grateful that we have each other.

Our love story that is definitely one for the books.

You see me for who I really am. You accept all of me, flaws and all. You love every part of me. Even the parts of myself that I’ve wanted to hide.

I love you with all my heart. You have the most beautiful soul and I’m so glad that I get to experience this life with you.
